Q. I'm having trouble logging in to the library databases. What do I do?

Did you change your password recently? 

Your browser might still be remembering your old password. Follow the link below for help clearing old passwords from your browser. 

Are you able to login to Canvas and your Samford portal?

If so, the issue is with your library login privileges. To correct this, contact the library using the Ask Us button or emailing reference@samford.edu.

Do you need to change your password? 

If you forgot your password and need to change it, you can do so using the update password link below. Keep in mind that this will change your password for everything (portal, banner, library resources, etc....).
