There a few different ways you can search for newspaper articles.
- If you're looking for newspaper articles on a particular topic you can search in Multi-Search and limit to "News" using the limiters on the left side of your search results. An example with the "News" box checked is below.
- For a particular newspaper (the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal) you can go to the research guide for that newspaper. Links to the guides are provided below.
- To find out if the library has a certain newspaper, you can search the full-text publication finder (also provided below).
- For older newspapers, you can search the digitized copies of the Samford Crimson or consult Special Collection's list of Alabama Newspapers. If you have questions about a particular newspaper or about accessing newspapers, please ask us!
