You can use the Education subject guide as a starting point.

For articles, use ERIC or Academic Search Premier along with the other databases listed under the Articles tab. For books & other resources, use our catalog (under the books tab).

Also, the Department of Education has information on No Child Left Behind (NCLB) which includes a link to the 2001 act along with more information.
